1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or using any service provided by g9win, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance is legally binding and takes full effect immediately.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the g9win platform in any capacity. g9win reserves the right to terminate access for users who do not comply with the terms set out.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use g9win services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Register under your own name only — accounts registered under someone else's name are not allowed.
• Hold only one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts may result in all such accounts being terminated.
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Not be subject to any legal restriction or agreement that prohibits the use of online gambling services.

g9win reserves the right to request identity verification at any time using official documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport. Failure to fulfil the verification request within the specified period may result in account suspension.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

g9win supports a range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved.
• All transactions must use a payment method registered under the same user's name.
• g9win reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that raise suspicion of fraud or do not comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy.
• Any taxes or charges imposed by third parties are entirely the user's responsibility.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by g9win are subject to wagering requirements. Users must understand and comply with these requirements before accepting any bonus.

For example, the 120% welcome bonus of up to RM888 works as follows: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your balance to RM220. The bonus amount of RM120 must be wagered 25 times (RM120 × 25 = RM3,000) before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings resulting from bets that meet the requirements may be withdrawn.
• g9win reserves the right to change, suspend or end any promotion without prior notice.
• A user is only eligible to claim each type of bonus once unless otherwise stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.
• VIP offers provide weekly cashback ranging from 0.3% (Bronze) to 1.5% (Diamond) based on betting activity and current membership level.

5 Player Responsibilities and Permitted Conduct

Users of the g9win platform are responsible for ensuring that their betting activity is carried out responsibly, lawfully and ethically. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g9win platform:

• Use of bot software, automation or any engineered method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempts to hack, breach or disrupt g9win's systems or infrastructure.
• Money laundering or using the platform as a channel for illegal financial activity.
• Holding multiple accounts or sharing an account with another person.
• Spreading misleading information, defamatory content or harmful material through g9win's communication channels.

A violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and appropriate legal action depending on the severity of the violation.

6 Liability Limits and Disclaimers

g9win provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption, be free from errors or remain fully accessible at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, g9win will not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting activity carried out by the user.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, natural disasters or circumstances beyond g9win's control.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login details.
• Data loss caused by technical failures beyond g9win's reasonable control.

Use of the g9win platform is at the user's own risk. g9win is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.

7 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

g9win operates under an international licence and is subject to the compliance requirements set by the relevant licensing authority. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable licensing laws and regulations.

Should any dispute arise between a user and g9win, both parties will attempt to resolve it amicably within 30 days through official customer support channels. Disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to the relevant licensing authority for arbitration.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the g9win customer support team. Before account closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard terms.

g9win also reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account in the following situations:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or false information discovered.
• Suspicious activity related to fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• The user's own request for self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons.

If an account is closed at the user's request, any valid balance will be returned once all security checks are complete. If closure is due to a breach, g9win reserves the right to withhold the return of that balance.
